What's New?OVTAA June CE Event in Bend CanceledThe event was canceled due to a lack of response that made it financially unfeasible for the OVTAA to hold this meeting. The OVTAA made every attempt to advertise the event and to contact interested attendees especially in the Bend/Redmond area. For those who were planning to attend the event, checks will be returned, as they had not yet been deposited and we reccomend the cancelation of any associated travel plans and hotel reservations as soon as possible.

Students Michelle Johnson, William Bennett, and Rebecca Pierce were featured in the article about animal related careers. The article also featured comments by Brad Kohn, the Chairman of PCC's Veterinary Technology department and a photo of Dolores Galindo, CVT and Rebecca monitoring anesthesia on a canine patient. The NEW date for the meeting is Tuesday, March 17th. This is the third Tuesday of the month. Previous reports stated the meeting would be on the second Tuesday of the month or the 19th. Tuesday, March 17th is the correct date for the meeting. I apologize for the confusion.
